Shipping your order
Orders at Swirlamp are generally offered within 1 working day after receipt of your payment and if in stock at our carrier Parcel.
Parcel uses several couriers like PostNL, GLS, DPD, DHL, UPS and FedEX to deliver the order to you.
Standard orders are processed via GLS and costs for the Netherlands € 4.95, optional PostNL can be chosen.
This shipping costs € 6.95 for the Netherlands. Shipments to Belgium always cost € 8.95.
Orders over € 75.00 are shipped for free within the Netherlands!
Usually you have the order after shipment 1 to 3 working days later at home in The Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping abroad can take up to 14 working days. Parcel does not process requests after 5 p.m., however, until the next working day, so orders placed after 5 p.m. will normally be delivered after 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage. We recommend that you place your items in one order.
We cannot merge two separately placed orders, so shipping costs will be charged for each order.
Your package is sent at your own risk, but special care is taken for fragile items.
Our boxes are large enough to send your ordered items well protected.
Orders placed after 5 pm are processed at the same time as orders the day after.
Pick up yourself in Almere, The Netherlands
It is also possible to pick up your order yourself in Almere. However, this is only possible by appointment and between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Our address is:

When the ordered product is not in stock
If you have ordered a product that is not in stock, you will receive an e-mail with the subject 'On Backorder'. At that time, we will place the order directly to our supplier and we will usually receive the products within 4 working days. At that time we will immediately return the order to our carrier, which means that in most cases you will receive your product on the fifth working day (as long as the carrier usually delivers it within 1 working day and also only in The Netherlands).
